Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets forth the rules and guidelines for using Asklepia AI services, including our Healthcare SaaS Platform (AI Appointment Booking, Rescheduling, and Reminder Agent).

By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account, in addition to any legal remedies available to Asklepia AI.


1. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use our services to:

  • Illegal Use: Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

  • Spam & Abuse: Send unsolicited or bulk messages, spam, or abusive content through WhatsApp Cloud API or any platform we integrate with.

  • Healthcare Misuse: Use the SaaS platform to provide unauthorized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Data Misuse: Attempt to collect, extract, or misuse patient or client data outside the scope of our services.

  • Security Violations: Attempt to breach, bypass, or interfere with the security of our systems or AWS hosting.

  • Impersonation & Misrepresentation: Pretend to be another person, clinic, hospital, or organization without authorization.

  • Interference: Disrupt or overload our services, including denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, automated bots, or malicious code.


2. WhatsApp Cloud API Usage

If using our Healthcare SaaS platform:

  • Users may only send appointment-related messages (booking confirmations, rescheduling, reminders).

  • Marketing, promotions, or bulk advertising via WhatsApp through our system is strictly prohibited.

  • All communication must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform Policy.


3. Patient Data & Privacy

  • Users must ensure that any patient data entered into the SaaS is accurate, relevant, and used only for administrative scheduling purposes.

  • Uploading or storing sensitive medical records (e.g., prescriptions, diagnoses, test results) is not permitted.

  • Users are responsible for complying with applicable privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) when handling patient information.


4. System Integrity & Security

  • Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse our software.

  • Users may not interfere with AWS hosting, data encryption, or monitoring systems.

  • Accounts involved in suspicious or malicious activity may be immediately suspended.


5. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Suspension or permanent termination of account access.

  • Reporting of unlawful activity to authorities.

  • Legal action to recover damages and enforce compliance.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to:

7. Updates to this AUP

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect changes in our services, technologies, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
