The Asklepia AI Healthcare SaaS platform is an appointment management tool only.
Any medical decisions, treatments, or diagnoses are the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics, doctors, or medical staff).
Patients should always seek professional medical advice for diagnosis and treatment from qualified healthcare professionals.


2. Data Handling

Patient data processed through our SaaS platform is limited to administrative information (e.g., name, phone number, appointment details).
We do not collect, process, or store sensitive medical records such as health conditions, prescriptions, or laboratory results.
All data shared through our system is secured using end-to-end encryption and hosted on AWS secure infrastructure.


3. Responsibility of Healthcare Providers

Hospitals and clinics using our platform remain fully responsible for the accuracy of patient information, appointment management, and healthcare delivery.
Asklepia AI is not responsible for missed, incorrect, or canceled appointments due to user error, patient unavailability, or third-party system outages (e.g., WhatsApp, AWS).


4. WhatsApp Cloud API Disclaimer

Our SaaS uses WhatsApp Cloud API for patient communication.

  • All messages are encrypted in transit.

  • WhatsApp is a third-party service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., and Asklepia AI is not responsible for service availability, outages, or changes made by WhatsApp.

Asklepia AI shall not be held liable for:

  • Any medical outcomes or patient care decisions.

  • Loss or damages resulting from reliance on reminders, notifications, or scheduling data.

  • Errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party platforms (WhatsApp, AWS, Meta).
