2. How to Request Data Deletion
Users can request data deletion by contacting us at legal@asklepiaai.live with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Full name (or hospital/clinic account name)
Contact details associated with the account
Description of the data to be deleted (e.g., patient records, SaaS account)
3. Data Deletion Process
Once we receive a valid request:
We will verify the requester’s identity to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Data deletion will be initiated within 7 business days of verification.
Data will be permanently erased from our active systems and databases.
Backups may retain encrypted copies for up to 30 days before permanent deletion (for security and compliance).
4. WhatsApp Cloud API Data
For our Healthcare SaaS platform:
Appointment-related messages sent via WhatsApp Cloud API are encrypted and temporarily stored only to complete booking/rescheduling.
Once the appointment is processed, data is either anonymized or securely deleted according to clinic/hospital instructions.

Legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations
Security, fraud prevention, or audit requirements
